Program Snapshot

  • 50% service grant on selected standard packages
  • For women-owned, minority-owned, and mission-driven organizations
  • Available only to organizations in the United States and Canada
  • Limited to three Impact Partners per year

Who This Is For

Built for leaders doing powerful work without agency-sized budgets.

We created this program for organizations serving their communities in meaningful ways but lacking the budget to invest in a world-class digital presence at full market rates.

The best fit is usually a founder, executive director, or leadership team that already knows the work matters and now needs the website, messaging, and visibility to reflect that reality.

Geographic Scope

This program is currently available only to organizations legally registered and primarily operating in the United States or Canada.

Collage representing the organizations this program is designed to support

Women-owned and minority-owned organizations

  • Women-owned or minority-owned start-ups in the U.S. or Canada providing services to a local or regional community.
  • Early-stage businesses where the core mission centers on equity, access, healing, or protection for underrepresented communities.
  • Mission-driven founders who need clearer visibility, stronger trust signals, and a more credible digital presence.

Nonprofits and community-serving groups

  • Programs serving people with mental or physical disabilities, including therapy, respite care, support services, or community programs.
  • Legal, advocacy, and direct-service organizations supporting immigrant and refugee communities, asylum seekers, or undocumented individuals.
  • Women's shelters, abuse prevention nonprofits, sexual assault survivor support services, addiction recovery nonprofits, and education nonprofits serving low-income students with dyslexia or other learning differences.

Why We Created It

Good marketing should not belong only to organizations with the biggest budgets.

This program exists because strong missions still need strong visibility, and budget constraints should not erase meaningful work from view.

What we kept seeing

At Lagraphia, we repeatedly see mission-driven organizations doing extraordinary work while postponing marketing because every available dollar goes to direct services.

That delay creates a visibility gap. The people, donors, partners, and referral sources who need these organizations often cannot find them clearly enough, quickly enough, or with enough confidence to take the next step.

Equity-centered visibility / Reduced financial barrier / Same strategic standard

  • 01 Resource constraints are real: Women-owned and minority-owned start-ups are often doing high-impact work with limited capacity and lean budgets.
  • 02 Marketing gets pushed back: Organizations serving disability, trauma, addiction, immigration, and learning challenges often delay digital improvements until later.
  • 03 The mission still needs visibility: This program reduces the financial barrier to inclusive marketing and gives leaders a stronger digital presence to support trust, discovery, and growth.

Reporting and Ongoing Guidance

Approved partners receive understandable reports or dashboards, regular check-ins for ongoing engagements, and practical guidance on how to use the website, content, and data in grant applications or stakeholder communication.

Covered by the Grant

All of this is covered by the 50% Service Grant for approved Impact Partners on selected standard packages.

How The Partnership Works

The matching-grant model keeps the work focused.

We do not treat this as a casual discount. We treat it as an investment in your mission, paired with a clear operating structure that protects quality on both sides.

What this means in practice

Lagraphia contributes 50% of the service fees as a grant. Your organization funds the remaining 50%, which keeps the project active, accountable, and properly resourced.

Because we want these partnerships to receive the same attention as our full-price engagements, we cap the program at three partners per calendar year.

50% service grant / max 3 partners per year / standard package scope / public proof of impact

  • 01 Scarcity and focus: The limit of three partners per year protects delivery quality and strategic attention.
  • 02 Asset exchange: Impact Partners agree to participate in a public case study, provide a leadership video testimonial within the first 90 days, and serve as a reference for future applicants.
  • 03 Standardized scope: The grant applies only to Lagraphia's standard Growth Core or Growth Site packages so the work stays efficient and proven.
  • 04 What is not covered: Third-party costs such as ad spend, software, hosting, or work outside the agreed scope are not included in the grant.

Eligibility & Evaluation

We review both mission alignment and operational readiness.

We are looking for organizations where the mission is clear, the need is real, and the internal capacity exists to make the partnership useful.

How we assess fit

Eligibility is only the starting point. We also look at whether your organization has the timing, clarity, and point-of-contact support needed to turn the grant into visible, useful progress.

You are eligible to apply if you are legally registered in the United States or Canada as a nonprofit, fiscally sponsored project, or women-owned or minority-owned early-growth business, and you have at least one staff member or core volunteer who can serve as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement.

Your work should focus on mental or physical disabilities, immigrant and refugee support, women’s shelters and abuse prevention, services for victims and survivors of sexual abuse or sexual assault, alcohol and drug rehabilitation and recovery, low-income students with dyslexia or other learning differences, or other services clearly supporting underrepresented or marginalized communities.

Availability and waitlist: Our Impact Partner cohort opens annually in January. Once the three yearly spots are filled, approved applicants move to a priority waitlist for the following year.
